	Abdominoplasty (Tummy Truck)
	Indicated in patients with: Scars, striaes, builging of the abdomen becuase of Diastasys recti. (It is a separation between the right and left side of the rectus abdominal muscle which covers the front surface of the abdomen)

	Composition: 1. Lipectomy. Excision of the skin and fat superiorly up to the navel inferiorly in the pubis area and laterally both sides of the abdomen. 2.Midline abdominal plasty, which is reinforced with Nylon stitches. 3.Correction of abdominal hernias such as an umbilical hernia. 4. Liposuction for an optimal result.

	Lipectomy. Excision of skin and fat, superiorlly up the umbilicus, inferiorlly in the pubis area, the flap of skin and fat, are loosened from above the navel to the ribs laterally.



	Drenovack. It is a closed suction drainage system to gather blood. Used for 4-5 days, plastic tubes non-constricted, are put under fat and skin and fixed with stitches to the pubic area.

	Compressice post-abdominoplasty garment, with reinforcement in the front area. It must be worn for 8 weeks, day and night.
